As Porsche values have increased in recent years, the number of 356s on the road has seemingly decreased, while the number of pristine, restored examples has skyrocketed.
But is there a lot of joy in driving a 356 so perfect that you're scared that everything will damage it? Instead of driving and enjoying it, you drive it sheepishly and are scared something will break. Where's the fun in that?
Instead, an unrestored 356 that may look a little off but can be taken everywhere seems like the perfect solution. This one goes on dirt roads and explores the back corners of California. It's like seeing a little space ship out there. And it's so rad.
